Based in San Leandro, California, Ancheta Properties is a property management company committed to service excellence. We take pride in providing high-quality, affordable housing solutions in well-located rental homes in the Bay Area.

Our goal is to ensure each residence is safe and the property maintained. We accomplish this partly with a responsive, professional staff that listens to our residents and that strives to meet their daily needs with the urgency they deserve.

We currently serve families, singles, young professionals and commercial tenants in Oakland, San Leandro and Hayward, California. Along with exceptional customer service, Ancheta clients will find shopping, restaurants, freeway access and mass transit service within walking distance of their rental home or business location.
